Ensuring that a clinical governance framework is implemented where patients and consumers receive affordable, safe, and quality health care. Ensuring that capacity building through continuing education is provided to foster professional development. Promoting strong research development, likewise; review methodologies for research that are being conducted in a country that falls under the One Health National Platform. In addition, provide technique appraisal of literature, project, and guidelines for the implementation of strategies for research practice. Promoting animal welfare in research laboratories, slaughter facilities and in veterinary practice.
Monitoring standards of clinical services through a framework of Clinical Governance, peer review, nationally coordinated and sharing of best practices.

Integration
Participate in the investigation of health threats and provide advice on detection, control, and response to the threats.
Policies
Develop, evaluate and implement policies aimed at strengthening One Health in Belize.
Strategy
Exploring solutions through discussion and shared experiences at committee level and allowing action plans to be suggested.
